A vehicle collision on Route 422 this morning briefly shut down the road while rescue crews moved the vehicles and removed an individual who had been pinned into one of the cars by the force of the impact.

Police said that Richard Lee Via of Jonestown crossed the double yellow line before hitting and killing Harrison Fenstemaker, who was riding a motorcycle.
