Lebanon City Police

A 57 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Disorderly Conduct (loud music) on 2-23-19 at 0830 hours on the 1000 block of Cumberland Street.

A 17 year old male from Lebanon has been cited for a Curfew violation on 3-06-19 at 0220 hours on the 1200 block of Maple Street.

A 18 year old Lebanon man has been charged with Aggravated Assault and Simple Assault after an incident on 3-02-19 at 1717 hours on the 700 block of Maple Street. The man is accused of arriving at a residence where police were investigating a domestic dispute and intervening in the situation by striking one of the subjects involved in the domestic dispute. The 22 year old victim received minor injury to his face after being struck. Police allege they attempted to control the man at which time he and an officer fell to the floor causing injury to the officer requiring medical treatment. He was transported to LCCB and arraigned before MDJ Thomas Capello. He was incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $25,000 bail.

A 50 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Public Drunkenness on 3-03-19 at 1352 hours at Spring and Jones Streets.

A 30 year old man with no permanent address has been charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia on 3-07-19 at 1805 hours after a traffic stop on the 1500 block of Cumberland Street. He was transported to LCCB and arraigned before MDJ Maria Dissinger. He was incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $1,000 bail.

On the above date and time, Pennsylvania State Police Jonestown investigated a report of attempted burglary. Upon further investigation footprints in the snow led to a first floor window where a partial handprint was observed. Anyone with further information as asked to contact PSP-Jonestown.
