Kelly Whitman-Bower of Fredericksburg is alleged to have embezzled the money between January 2017 and January 2019 as Executive Officer of the Lebanon County Association of Realtors.

The release alleges that Whitman-Bower used overpayment of wages to give herself more than $69,000, as well as unauthorized checks totaling more than $100,000. Whitman-Bower is said to have used LCAR credit cards for personal expenditures and to have fabricated QuickBooks entries concealing her conduct.
