Theft – A 22 year old Myerstown woman reported a wallet was stolen from her parked vehicle Monday between 4:45 PM – 5:30 PM on the Rails to Trails parking lot at SR 419 & Boyd Street. The wallet contained personal papers and the victim reported her vehicle was locked.
Burglary – A 64 year old resident of Sycamore Hill Court reported his residence was entered between 3:10 PM – 10:30 PM on Friday. A significant amount of cash and expensive watches were stolen. The investigation continues.
Accident – Occurred Monday, 2:34 PM, on SR 72 at Zinns Mill Road. Vehicles driven by a 25 year old Millersville man; and a 62 year old Lebanon man. Schaffer and his passenger, Brenda Schaffer sustained minor injuries and were transported by EMS to Well Span GSH for treatment. Franklin and his passenger were not injured. Both vehicles required towing. Franklin is being charged with failure to yield right of way to oncoming traffic.
Soliciting – Ryan D. Taylor, age 34, 320 Reeser Rd., Camp Hill, has been cited for soliciting without a permit on May 17th, 5:45 PM, in the 300 block of Rexmont Road. Taylor was soliciting business for Window Nation.
Lebanon City
A 16 year old female from Lebanon has been cited for Curfew on 5-23-19 at 0040 hours on the 1200 block of Chestnut Street.
A 54 year old Lebanon woman has been cited for Harassment on 5-10-19 at 0945 hours on the 900 block of Water Street.
A 37 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Public Drunkenness on 5-23-19 at 1720 hours on the 400 block of N. Jones Street.
A 37 year old Lebanon woman has been cited for Disorderly Conduct on 5-23-19 at 1720 hours on the 400 block of N. Jones Street.
Alzaiah Berrios a 21 year old Lebanon resident has been charged with Endangering the Welfare of Children, Propel Missile Into Occupied Vehicle, Simple Assault, Recklessly Endangering Another Person and Criminal Mischief after an incident on 5-24-19 at 0025 hours on the 600 block of Union Street. Berrios is accused of throwing a rock through the rear window of the victim’s vehicle while she, another woman and a 4 year old were in the vehicle. The rock did enter the passenger compartment causing glass to be strewn throughout the interior of the vehicle. No one was injured during this incident. Berrios fled but was apprehended a short time later. He was transported to LCCB and arraigned before MDJ Thomas Capello. Berrios was incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $10,000 bail.
A 37 year old and a 38 year old both having no permanent address were cited for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia on 5-25-19 at 0800 hours on the 800 block of Willow Street.
A 45 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Public Drunkenness on 5-24-19 at 2000 hours on the 900 block of Miller Street.
A 56 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Trespass on 5-06-19 at 2303 hours on the 900 block of Chestnut Street.
A 30 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Dogs Running At Large on 5-20-19 at 0926 hours on the 400 block of N. 6th Ave.
A 33 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Harassment on 5-23-19 at 1615 hours on the 200 block of S. 10th Street.
A 38 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Disorderly Conduct (loud music) on 5-27-19 at 1605 hours on the 500 block of Reinoehl Street.
A 16 year old male from Lebanon has been charged with Police Animals – Illegal to Taunt, Obstructing Administration of Law or Other Governmental Function and Disorderly Conduct after an incident on 5-21-19 at 1747 hours on the 100 block of S. 10th Street. The male is accused of riding a bicycle and placing himself in between a marked police car and a scooter the officer was attempting to stop, in an effort to slow the officer down and prevent the traffic stop. After the stop the male is accused of moving within six inches of the marked K9 vehicle causing the K9 to bark aggressively and shake the police car as the dog was agitated by the male. The male was told several times to move away from the police vehicle refusing to do so he eventually had to be physically moved to calm the K9. The charges have been filed with the Lebanon County District Attorney’s Office.
Brandi Tamayo a 37 year old with no permanent address has been charged with Receiving Stolen Property after investigation into an incident on 5-24-19 at 1744 hours on the 400 block of N. 5th Street. Tamayo is accused of possessing a stolen item with an estimated value of $300.00. As a result of the same investigation Joshua Mullins a 38 year old with no permanent address has been charged with Theft and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Mullins is accused of taking the item Tamayo possessed. Both were transported to LCCB and arraigned before MDJ Anthony Verna. Tamayo was incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $7,500 bail and Mullins incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $10,000 bail.

2000 BLK OF PENN ST – LEBANON
Kahjey G. Warren, 22, Jonestown was charged with Burglary-Overnight Accommodations; Person Present, Simple Assault, Harassment, Aggravated Assault and Resisting Law Enforcement for entering a residence and striking the female victim in the face causing her lip to bleed and requiring treatment at a hospital.
West Cornwall Township
Fugitive – Harley Preston Pierce, age 37, 29 S. Hartley St., York, was taken into custody Friday evening on SR 72 at SR 419 when he was the passenger in a vehicle stopped at 5:10 PM for a traffic violation and a records check revealed he was wanted on a felony retail theft charge in West Manchester Township, York County; failure to appear for a preliminary hearing on a possession of a controlled substance charge in York County; and failure to appear for a retail theft charge in Northumberland County. Pierce was taken into custody and transported to Central Booking to await the Northumberland County Sheriff’s Office.
Soliciting –Robert M. Wenrich III, age 32, 685 Gregs Dr., Apt #76, Harrisburg, has been cited for soliciting without a permit on May 17th, 5:45 PM, on Main St., Quentin. Wenrich was soliciting business for Window Nation.
Accident – Occurred Sunday, 3:05 PM, on SR 322 at SR 241 North. Vehicles driven by a 74 year old Middletown man; and a 55 year old Sinking Spring woman. No injuries. Both vehicles were drivable.
Accident – Occurred Sunday, 11:02 AM at the intersection of Birch Ave. & 4th Street, Mount Gretna Heights. Vehicles driven by a 30 year old Souderton woman; and a 19 year old Hummelstown woman. No injuries. Both vehicles were drivable.
