City of Lebanon

A 48 year old woman with no permanent address has been cited for Public Drunkenness on 9-15-19 at 2130 hours on the 100 block of N. 8th Street.

A 46 year old Lebanon woman has been cited for Rabies Vaccination Required after an incident with her dog on 8-20-19 at 2301 hours on the 900 block of Lehman Street.

A 34 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Harassment after an incident on 9-12-19 at 1515 hours on the 300 block of N. 9th Street.

A 27 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Public Drunkenness on 9-14-19 at 1700 hours at Willow and 8th Streets.

A 36 year old Lebanon man cited for Public Drunkenness on 9-12-19 at 1954 hours on the 400 block of Crowell Street. 

A warrant has been issued for the arrest of Timothy Torres a 25 year old Lebanon resident after an incident on 8-31-19 at 1611 hours at East Mifflin Street and N. 10 Ave. Torres is accused of being involved in a verbal dispute with the 32 year old victim when he retrieved a firearm from his vehicle and pointed it in the air during this argument in an effort to put the victim in fear of serious bodily injury. He fled prior to police arrival and has not been apprehended. He has been charged with Simple Assault and Disorderly Conduct.

David Sadinas-Simon a 33 year old Lebanon resident has been charged with two separate violations of a Protection From Abuse Order. One incident occurred on 9-10-19 on the 400 block of N. 8th Street and the second on 9-12-19 at 1450 hours on the 100 block of N. 9th Street. Sadinas is accused of violation the PFA on the 10th by texting and video messaging the 36 year old victim. He was not apprehended at that time. He is also accused of violation the same Order on the 12th. He is accused of making personal contact with the victim. The victim was not injured as a result of the aforementioned violations. Sadinas was apprehended on the 12th and transported to LCCB. He was arraigned before MDJ Anthony Verna. He was incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $20,000 and $10,000 bail. 

Davie Kimmel a 22 year old Lebanon resident has been charged with a violation of a Protection From Abuse Order on 9-14-19 at 1131 hours on the 600 block of Amelia Street. Kimmel is accused of approaching the 27 year old victim; calling her names and clenching his fist in a threatening manner making the victim feel as though she would be struck. The victim was not injured as a result of this incident. Kimmel was apprehended and transported to LCCB. He was arraigned before MDJ Anthony Verna. He was incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $10,000 bail.

Derrick Pabon a 24 year old Harrisburg resident has been charged with Simple Assault (domestic violence related) after an incident on 9-13-19 at 1156 hours on the 800 block of Crowell Street. He is accused of slapping the 23 year old victim on her face causing injury to her mouth. Pabon was apprehended and transported to LCCB. He was arraigned before MDJ Anthony Verna and incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $10,000 bail. 

Myerstown Borough

On September 18 at 10:14pm, Troopers of PSP Jonestown responded to W Carpenter Ave for a report of a domestic violence incident. Upon arrival on scene it was determine two brothers engaged in a physical altercation for unknown reasons. The 19 year old male victim was shoved into a shed and punched in the face. Charges to be prepared and filed with MDJ 52-3-01 for Harass Physical Contact against a 23 year old Lebanon male.

North Londonderry Township

On September 12 at 8:58pm, a 44 year old Palmyra man was cited for disorderly conduct after he was reported to have been yelling at traffic stop at the intersection of Apple Blossom Lane and Main Street.

On September 17 at 4:05pm, a 71 year old Palmyra man was charged with harassment in connection with him sending threatening letters to a 54 yr. old female.

On September 8 at 1:42pm, North Londonderry Township Police charged a 25 year old Lebanon woman with 1 count of Misdemeanor Retail Theft after an incident at WalMart on September 8. Took items valued at $493.
