LebTown is featuring a different Lebanon County pet each Friday to help us enter the weekend with the best vibes possible.
This week’s pets are Max and Bella, owned by David Smith.
Max and Bella are both rescued dogs. They are from different places, but both now live in Myerstown. Max is a pitbull. Bella is a full American pitbull terrier.
Max was rescued from the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA). He is 10 years old.
Max is well-behaved and loves treats. He knows how to shake his paws with you.
Bella was rescued from a puppy mill in Lancaster when she was four months old. She goes just about everywhere with David – truck rides, walks, and the like.
Bella is energetic and playful, but also protective of her owner. She also loves snacks and treats.
Max and Bella both recognize the words, “treats,” “outside,” “walk,” and “bye-byes.”
So, whether you catch Max doing tricks for treats, or Bella getting out and about with David, be sure to say “congrats” to them both on being LebTown’s Pet of the Week!
