Annville-Cleona, Cornwall-Lebanon, ELCO, Northern Lebanon, Lebanon, and Palmyra Area school districts are closed Tuesday, Feb. 13, due to snow.

Lebanon County Weather expects heavy snow to continue across the region for a few more hours today before ending late this morning/early afternoon. Road conditions are currently at a “stand still nearly everywhere” as a winter storm warning remains in effect until 2 p.m.

PennDOT has reduced speed locally on I-78, I-81, Route 22, and Route 322 to 45 mph, and imposed speed restrictions which call for commercial vehicles to move to the right lane where possible.

“Although PennDOT crews have been treating roadways, the department’s primary goal is to keep roads passable, not completely free of ice and snow,” said PennDOT in a release. “PennDOT will continue to treat roadways throughout the storm until precipitation stops and roads are clear.”
