Bon appétit!

Welcome to the inaugural season of our highly anticipated Lebanon Valley Hoagie Wars. Four entrants from the Valley will compete to be declared the winner of Best Hoagie in The Valley.

Our judgement will be based upon several factors including style of quality, composition, taste, and overall impression. We will only be judging one hoagie from each.

According to our very “technical” informal poll, DiNunzio’s is the fan favorite at 43%. But will they be our winner?

We got a chance to try some amazing hoagies from across the Valley. Each had their own flavor and style. And each tasted amazing. We are lucky to have some many great options here in the Valley.

Biaggio’s had an even balance of all ingredients. We enjoyed the oil and spice flavor.

Dinunzio’s had the most meat but got a bit messy on us. All fresh components.

Rocco’s had a bruschetta style of tomato and onion on top. Their oil and spice were very robust.

Hauz ‘O Hoagies had the most loaded hoagie, with plenty of veggies along with the meat.

And our winner is………

Congratulations to Hauz ‘O Hoagies our winner of Hoagie Wars Season 1!

This hoagie nearly had it all for us. Plenty of meat, no skimping on the veggies, and the hoagie dressing added an extra level of flavor.
