LebTown features a different Lebanon County pet each Friday to help us enter the weekend with the best vibes possible.

This week, meet Rocco and Buddy! They’re owned by Michelle Masood-Gray and Marc Gray of Myerstown.

Rocco is a 10-year-old chocolate Labrador retriever, Michelle says, and Buddy is a 15-year-old mixed-breed rescue dog that they rescued two years ago from the Lebanon County Humane Society.

“Buddy lived a poor quality of life before coming to us,” she explains. But that doesn’t stop him from showing off a “great personality,” now that he’s in his forever home. He is “the sweetest boy ever” and “wants to be everyone’s friend,” she adds. Oh, and he loves ice cream!

“He struggles with anxiety but loves his brother and relies on him,” Michelle says. “Rocco has been the best brother to Buddy.”

Sounds like Rocco and Buddy are where they’re meant to be. “Our boys are our children and they give us so much joy,” Michelle says. So, if you see them out in the Myerstown area, be sure to say hello … and hold onto your ice cream!
