Our Pet of the Week is sometimes available for adoption through a local shelter. Other times the weekly column will spotlight a local furbaby who already lives in a happy Lebanon County home.
This week, meet Archie!
Archie is about 8 months old and is a Labradoodle/goldendoodle mix. He was rescued from Noah’s Ark Rescue Project and Sanctuary, says owner Cody Rhoads.
“Archie’s mom and dad were rescued down south, after which his mom gave birth to 11 puppies,” Cody says.
“Archie has been enjoying assisting his dad, Cornwall Borough Manager Cody Rhoads, at the office but after struggling with his lone task of filing papers, they both agreed he should stick to his favorite part of the job, napping,” he adds. “When Archie isn’t at the office he lives in Lancaster city with Cody and his fiancé, Emily Roggie, along with his cat siblings Milo and Rue, who are still adjusting to their new brother.”
