LebTown features a different Lebanon County pet each Friday to help us enter the weekend with the best vibes possible.

Our Pet of the Week is sometimes available for adoption through a local shelter. Other times the weekly column will spotlight a local furbaby who already lives in a happy Lebanon County home.

This week, meet Whitney!

“I adopted Whitney on August 1, 2015, from the Lebanon County Humane Society,” says Shelley Dolak. “It’s one of the best decisions that I’ve ever made!”

Whitney is a full-bred American Staffordshire terrier, or staffy, and is somewhere in the range of 13 years old.

“As you can see, she is one stylish girl. I love to dress her in tutus, and my favorite one is for Valentine’s Day,” Shelley says. “If I had to describe her personality, I would say crazy and sassy!!”
