LebTown is featuring a different Lebanon County pet each Friday to help us enter the weekend with the best vibes possible.

This week’s pet is Ducky, owned by Pat and Ed Krebs, of Lebanon.

Five months ago, Ducky was provided with a new home by Pat and Ed. Ducky had issues to be resolved, and now he is almost perfect. His owners give credit to his dog trainer, who trains the humans and their dogs.

Ducky insists on being in photos, even when he is not invited.

Ducky is a boxer beagle mix. He is nine years old, but he acts like a young dog when he leaps to catch cicadas midair or attempts to climb trees to catch squirrels.

Ducky’s favorite is being leash-free. He wears a control collar, but it is rarely used.

Ducky loves to smell all the scents of the local game lands.

Because of the reward system they use for good behavior, Ducky now expects all visitors to have “treats.”

Congratulations Ducky, on being LebTown’s Pet of the Week!
